There is no doubt that selling real estate as a salesperson, Realtor or broker can be a challenging profession. But it can also be the most rewarding, fulfilling and definitely financially rewarding as there is essentially no ceiling on your income.

And while some negotiations and even some clients can be incredibly tough to deal with because they are those hard-nosed, tough, old school individuals who need to dominate everyone and everything (there’s a way to handle those too), but most women possess certain skill sets or traits that men overwhelmingly lack even me myself included. But now that I am a father and a husband to my amazing incredible family, I have learned a great deal about this one overwhelming skill that I think most women possess naturally that bodes well for them increasingly in the more mood-conscious world.

EQ is known as the Emotional Quotient of interpersonal relationships. The ability for individuals to be able to understand the emotional needs of others, to read between the lines, to see what’s really happening under the hood. And while I will stop short in saying that ALL women possess this skill or trait or that ALL men do not possess this skill or trait, it certainly depends on the environment you were raised in, maybe some genetic factors as well but for the most part, scientists and psychologists have concluded that it is also something you work on, train at and become a whole lot better through sheer practice and conscious effort.

That’s the great news!

But women in my opinion and those with higher EQ skills are definitely ones who are better suited
